Order Return

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), Consumers may withdraw from an agreement within 14 days of receiving the package without providing a reason. Non-consumer Buyers may also return purchased goods within 14 days of delivery; however, acceptance of such returns is at Resolvershop's discretion.

Restocking Fee and Return Address:

A 30% restocking fee will be applied to the purchase price on all accepted returns, except for items returned due to damage or malfunction. Returned products should be sent to the following address:

After receiving the product, an inspection will be conducted within 5 business days, and the refund will be issued following this inspection.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products:

If an item is returned because it is broken, damaged, non-functional, or not working as it should, Resolvershop will provide a full refund. All encoders and resolvers will be tested using our specialized hardware to confirm their condition. Upon receipt and confirmation of the item’s defective condition, the refund will be issued promptly.

General Return Conditions:

Returned items that do not meet the following criteria may receive a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund at all. To qualify for a return, the exact item purchased must be returned, meeting all specified conditions:

Condition of Items:

  • The item(s) must be returned in the exact condition as received, with the original warranty sticker intact.
  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and show no signs of wear or damage beyond the state in which they were originally received.
  • All parts and components must remain intact.

Original Packaging and Accessories:

  • All original packaging, including boxes, UPCs, bags, and protective items, must be included.
  • Any items originally included in the packaging—such as cords, cables, remotes, manuals, warranty and discount cards, free gifts, or bonus items—must be returned.
  • Original labels, tags, and any associated materials must be intact and included.

Parts and Accessories:

  • Parts and accessories must not have been installed or show any indication of use.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Resolvershop does not accept COD shipments.
  • Refunds for returns are processed immediately upon receipt and inspection, typically within 7 days, in accordance with § 9 of the Terms and Conditions (Return of Financial Resources).
  • Returns are accepted only if the package is securely packed and adequately protected.
